This has been my first experience with acupuncture, and it was really eye opening for me.
The experience of the acupuncture itself so unique and relaxing. I left feeling really amazing and somehow lighter. I have been back twice since and will continue seeing Julie. Another aspect of the experience I really value is the in depth discussion of holistic health. Julie really does a great job understanding the whole picture, making connections, and suggesting other ways to improve health. Our discussions are so much more thorough than what you get from a regular physician and Julie did such a great job helping me understand and prioritize my own health. At the beginning of each session she will catch up, ask questions, and customize each treatment based on feedback.
